Refund policy

Jewelry Refund: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDERS unless there was a mistake made on my end. Custom bangles are anything that are PERSONALIZED, example: Name and/or dates on nameplates, bangles or charms. If bangles do not fit, the buyer is responsible for any fees needed to make the change in sizing. This could result in fees from $5-$45+ so please order the correct size!

DAMAGES: If you received a damaged product, you need to contact me within 2 days via email NOT direct message on Instagram. I will not make any exceptions to this rule. If any item is received damaged, please take pictures and send them via email.
